THE BRIEF: 

Create a memorable experience for Red Hat employees as we energise and empower them through this sales kick off event. 

THE GAMEPLAN:

Infusing theme of business adventure in this concept, we’ve created an immersive interactive and experiential journey of the senses. We’ve designed creative touch points using tech, dynamic multimedia and set designs throughout the program to excite, impress and inspire the associates while curating an end to end narrative that brings the spirit of adventure to life.

PRE-EVENT

01.

Bringing out the spirit of adventure right from the get-go with the eDMs and namebadges, giving them a bold and adventurous look, with smart usage of the brand colours contrast.

Theming the swag kit as Adventure Packs, attendees will receive bespoke items that will aid their journey as explorers throughout the event.

02.

Creating a welcoming setting and atmosphere, one that is inspired by the local Balinese designs and decoration, at the outdoor reception area.

Designing a space where attendees can interact with the differerent experience zone, ranging from commitment pledging, to solving puzzles or simply just getting their daily shot of liquid courage.

IMMERSIVE STAGE DESIGNS

Building a 30ft tall ship, plane crashing through the screen
with a holographic propeller, powered with layered LED
screens.... just some of the crazy and immersive ways we
have designed our main conference and beach party stages.
